SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a data center and can be used to analyze and reset abnormal state of racks used in a data center. Method of remote resetting of abnormal state of racks includes the following stages: regular reception by system of administration of any information from rack management controller (RMC) and multiple controllers of baseboard management (BMC); recording each work action performed by an administrator through an administration system; analyzing information and action by the administration system to determine whether any of the RMCs or BMCs are in one of several default states requiring attention; and automatic performance of remote restart service procedure with respect to one of RMC and BMC to prevent occurrence of abnormal state in RMC or BMC, when determining that RMC or BMC maintains connection with administration system, but abnormal condition will happen soon.

EFFECT: providing automatic performance of service procedure of RMC or BMC remote restart in rack to prevent occurrence of abnormal condition in RMC or BMC.
