SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a data center and can be used to analyze and reset abnormal state of racks used in a data center. Method of remote resetting of abnormal state of racks includes the following stages: regular reception by system of administration of any information from rack management controller (RMC) and multiple controllers of baseboard management (BMC); recording each work action performed by an administrator through an administration system; analyzing information and action by the administration system to determine whether any of the RMCs or BMCs are in one of several default states requiring attention; and automatic execution of procedure of remote emergency recovery of one of RMC and several BMC for elimination of abnormal state of connection of RMC or BMC, when determining that RMC or BMC loses connection with administration system.

EFFECT: automatic execution of procedure of remote emergency recovery of BMC in rack for abnormal condition of BMC from remote point.
