FIELD: transmitting information; physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of information transmission, and more specifically to the channel arrangement by modulation of low-frequency magnetic fields, and is intended to increase the reliability of the power amplifier of the transmitter of the near-field magnetic communication system at simultaneous provision of the wide frequency band. Device consists of a bridge voltage inverter, the load of which is a transmitting magnetic antenna. Power transistors of the bridge circuit are controlled by gate drivers, each transistor has a switching trajectory formation circuit and a protection circuit. Control circuit includes a band-pass filter designed to limit the input signal spectrum, a power transistor switching time delay generation system and a device for enabling the device operation enable signal generation circuit. In order to improve the reliability of the device, a constant component detector, a unit for protection against maximum current and a unit for protection according to maximum consumed power are used, the outputs of which are connected to a circuit for generating an authorization signal.
EFFECT: improved reliability of the device.
