SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a field, specifically to a fluorescent marking composition consisting of a water-dispersible fluorescent polymer obtained by polymerising one or more polymerisable fluorescent monomer links and one or more non-fluorescent monomer links; a solvent and a thickener; wherein polymer has weight-average molecular weight from 2 to 2,000 kDa; has a light absorption spectrum in range of 310 to 400 nm and a light emission spectrum in range of 400 to 750 nm, and also relates to a method of determining fact of performed cleaning of premises, relates to kit for determining fact of surface cleaning.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain fluorescent marking compositions which leave residues or traces after removal of the composition during the harvesting process.
