FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: sheet has the steel substrate, the main forsterite film formed on the steel substrate surface, and the insulation coating, formed on the main forsterite film and creating the tension on the steel substrate surface. Quantitative content, in wt %, Ti, Al, and Fe in the main forsterite film, determined by the X-ray fluorescence analysis on the surface of the steel sheet after removing the insulation coating, creating tension, expressed as FX (Ti), FX (Al) and FX (Fe), satisfy the following ratios: FX (Ti)/FX (Al)≥0.15 and FX (Ti)/FX (Fe)≥0.004. The crystal grain boundaries number of the secondary recrystallization in the direction orthogonal to the direction of rolling is 20 grain boundaries/100 mm or less. The average thickness of the main forsterite film, expressed as t (F0), and the thickness of the insulation coating, creating the tension, expressed as t (C), satisfies the relation: 0.3t≤(F0)/t(C)≤2.0.
EFFECT: reduction of iron losses if there is no the coating flaking.
