FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to alcohol-free industry, in particular to production of alcohol-free preventive beverages. Alcohol-free beverage contains as a base an extract of a composition of medicinal plants of the North Caucasus, which includes Persian walnut leaves, an eastern purple coneflower herb, common thyme herb, black currant leaves, as well as sugar syrup, citric acid, a natural preservative dihydroquercetin in the following ratio of initial components per 1 dm3: herbal raw material extract, dm3 – 0.6; dihydroquercetin, g – 0.025; prepared drinking water, dm3 – balance, wherein ratio of vegetal raw materials and blending materials is 1 dm3 extract is: Persian walnuts (leaves), g – 60; eastern purple coneflower (herb), g – 15; common thyme (grass), g – 20; black currant (leaves), g – 5; sugar syrup, dm3 – 0.1; citric acid, g – 2.0.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of an alcohol-free beverage with high iodine content aimed at correction of iodine deficiency, and also expands the range of alcohol-free beverages of functional purpose.
