FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for determination of density of liquid and can be used in food, oil and gas industry, as well as in general laboratory practice when measuring density of liquid. In the chamber with system of slotted holes for supply and discharge of liquid there is thin-walled float in the form of rotation body. Float has upper and lower centering ledges in the form of truncated cones. Inferior projector accommodates ferromagnetic weighting material. Centering ledges are located with a gap between coaxial lower and upper freely fluid-passing alignment stops, tightly adjacent to conical surface of ledges in contact. Upper stop is connected to the cylinder of the power stock connected to the central platform of the elastic membrane separating the chamber with the float from the upper gas cavity. In the gas cavity the power stock of the central platform of the membrane, passing through the central hole of the diaphragm stroke limiter, with its end washer rests against the force sensor. Lower limit stop of float is fixed on electromagnet core. Stops are assembled from separate equally spaced from each other in circumferential direction of flat lobes, and float has shape of sphere, ellipsoid of rotation or double truncated cone. Shut-off and control devices, force sensor and electromagnet are connected to recording and control unit.
EFFECT: high accuracy of measurements in a wide range of variation of density of liquids, elimination of subjective errors during measurements and easy automation of the process of measuring density of liquid streams.
