FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ionizing radiation spectrometers. Cryogenic spectrometer comprises semiconductor ionizing radiation detector, electronic modules, cryostat, detector movement device, electronic modules contain signal processing modules, input of which is connected to semiconductor detector of ionizing radiations, as well as a module for storing digitized signals, the input of which is connected to the output of signal processing modules, the cryostat includes a cryogenic vessel.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of statistical error of energy measurements of charged particles and gamma-rays detected by spectrometer per one session of spectrometer operation without human intervention in its operation.
