SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clamps with movable jaws. Clamp comprises a screw, a bushing connected to the screw by means of a thread, a fixed jaw connected with the bushing by means of a rigid connection, a movable jaw installed on the end of the screw. Movable jaw is installed on the end of the screw by means of a thread having a smaller pitch than the pitch of the main thread of the screw, and made with possibility of longitudinal movement along the screw at its rotation. End of screw with fine thread pitch has angle of inclination of thread more than angle of inclination of main thread.

EFFECT: increased reliability of articles fastening at cargoes movement and fastening of various devices on various guides.
