FIELD: fishing.

SUBSTANCE: spinning reel refers to fishing industry, namely to sport and recreational fishing. Spinning reel includes housing (1), spool (2), holder (3), elastic stretching element (4), bolt (5), which is fixed by one end on housing (1) and attaches it to holder (3), with possibility of housing (1) rotation from position, in which axis of spool (2) is located across rod axis, to position, in which spool (2) axis is located along rod. Elastic tension element (4) with one end is fixed on holder (3), and with the other end is fixed on head of bolt (5) at point (A) located eccentrically to longitudinal axis of bolt (5) in such a way that elastic element (4) fixes housing (1) in its extreme positions with transition of unstable equilibrium position when housing (1) is turned from one position to another.

EFFECT: invention provides simplification and increased reliability of the coil.
