SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to providing a possibility of intake and packing of mixtures intended for introduction by enteral or nasal route or for external application in the field of pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry. Disclosed is a closure device for intake of a mixture contained in a vessel, intended for administration by enteral or nasal route or for external application. Device comprises a tip defining an internal passage leading to the opening and configured to provide a connection with the intake element; non-return valve connected to said tip and intended for opening during sampling of vessel contents by means of intake element; at least one air passage hole and an antibacterial filter connected to said at least one opening. Also described are a unit and a method for packing said mixture, as well as a method for sampling said mixture.
EFFECT: elimination of contamination of the mixture to be taken or packaged, which enables to eliminate or reduce the need for preserving agents.
