FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used in chemical-toxicological and control-analytical laboratories for separation, identification and analysis of ofloxacin, linezolid and efavirenz in combinations. Method for detecting in urine ofloxacin, linezolid and efavirenz in combinations by chromatography in a thin layer of a sorbent of a solution of determined substances and standard samples of witness substances is characterized by the fact that a test solution is prepared by isolating the determined substances from urine with dichloromethane and a saturated solution of sodium chloride at pH 4.0, chromatography is carried out in a thin layer of the sorbent on plates "Sorbphil" in a system of solvents diethyl ether–- chloroform – 25 % ammonia solution at ratio of 15:2:1.5 and detection of zones of substances on a chromatogram in UV light.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of detecting and detecting in urine ofloxacin, linezolid and efavirenz.
