SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing spiraeoside, having antidepressant activity, with preliminary production of water-alcohol extraction based on 70 % ethanol from herbal medicinal raw material filament of queen-of-the-meadow, using method of column chromatography, wherein extraction is obtained from queen-of-the-meadow in ratio raw material-extractant 1:1, target substance is eluted with mixture of chloroform (AR grade) : ethyl alcohol 96 % in volume ratio of 50:50 with output of substance of 0.25 %.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method for producing spiraeoside, having antidepressant activity.
