SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication system. Wireless communication user equipment comprises: a storage device comprising information indicating one or more assignment groups of a single-level communication link (ProSe assignment); a circuit associated with a storage device configured to: select a single-link communication channel assignment group associated with a logical channel of a single-line communication line, which has the highest priority among logical channels of a single-level communication line, having available data for transmission in the period of controlling a single-level communication line (SC period), and not previously selected in the same period of control of a single-level communication line. Distribution of radio resources to logic channels of a single-level communication line is carried out in decreasing order.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of logical channel prioritization procedure, by means of which user equipment distributes available resources.
