SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication system. Configuration of the single-level communication line is stored in the user equipment by specifying a plurality of assignment groups. Each assignment group includes possible assignments for data of a single-level communication line, logic channel priority is stored for each logical channel from logical channels, configured for assignment groups of a single-level communication line. Terminal selects a group of assignment of a single-level communication line with a logical channel of a single-level communication line, having available for transmission data of a single-level communication line, with the highest priority of a logical channel among logical channels of a single-level communication line, having available data for transmission, and distributes radio resources to logical channels of a single-level communication line, which belongs to selected group of assignment of a single-level communication line, in decreasing order of priority.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of logical channel prioritization procedure, by means of which user equipment distributes available resources.
