SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering. Non-inverting amplifier has field-effect transistors, a current-stabilizing dipole connected in such a way that changes the output voltage from the first power supply bus to the second power supply bus, i.e. implements the rail-to-rail option when the load resistance changes over a wide range.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of non-inverting CJFet amplifier, providing an option rail-to-rail by output and obtaining increased output resistances; last quality makes it possible to create high-resistance units in analogue devices and to provide their correction of amplitude-frequency characteristics by means of capacitors of small capacity.
