SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio engineering. To achieve the effect, a multistage cascode amplifier is proposed, in which the first (11) and second (12) additional field-effect transistors are introduced into the circuit, the source of the first (11) additional field-effect transistor is connected to the high-resistance current output (4) of the input signal converter (3) through the first ( 13) an additional resistor and is connected to the gate of the first (5) output field effect transistor, the gate of the first (11) additional field effect transistor is connected to the high-resistance current output (4) of the input signal converter (3), the source of the first (5) output field effect transistor is connected to the drain of the first (11) additional field effect transistor and connected to the first (9) potential bias circuit, the source of the second (12) additional field effect transistor is connected to the gate of the second (6) output field effect transistor and connected to the drain of the first (5) output field effect transistor through the second ( 14) additional resistor.
EFFECT: increase in voltage gain.
