FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to a microorganism for production O-acetylhomoserine with high efficiency and a method of producing O-acetylhomoserine and L-methionine using said microorganism. Disclosed is a microorganism for producing O- acetylhomoserine, having high protein activity, which is supposedly released O- acetylhomoserine, and a method of producing O-acetylhomoserine and L-methionine using said microorganism.
EFFECT: invention increases productivity by O-acetylhomoserine in comparison with unmodified microorganism.
