SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology, specifically to a composition for inducing stem cell differentiation into adipocytes. Composition for inducing stem cell differentiation into adipocytes for regenerating fatty tissues comprises as an ingredient, exosomes, obtained from adipose tissue-derived stem cells and differentiated into adipocytes, where the exosomes are characterized by that they contain macrophage colony-stimulating factor (MCSF), tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), leptin, insulin, angiopoietin-1 (ANGPT1) and adiponectin with molecular weight 30 kDa (Acrp30). Group of inventions also relates to injection form of preparation containing said composition.

EFFECT: using the given group of inventions enables using the given composition as agents inducing stem cell differentiation, injection forms of tissue regeneration products by exosomes expression of bioactive factors effecting differentiation into adipocytes.
