FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to semiconductor devices. Photoelectric converter with a larger photoactive area includes a semiconductor plate, on the front side of which there are comb-shaped strip contacts, contact pads, and on rear side – solid contact. Photoelectric converter with a larger photoactive area is in form of an equilateral polygon with an even number of sides. At that ratio of bevels that connect adjacent polygon sides and are located at 45° to each adjacent connected side is 1:8.5–1:9.5. Along the perimeter of the photoconverter there is a contact bus, to which contact strip strips are adjacent, by connecting opposite sides of the contact bus in one direction. Ratio of width of contact bus to width of strip of contact comb makes 1:20–1:30, and ratio of distances between strips of contact rails to their width makes 1:65–1:75.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of connection in a different position to each circuit of each photoconverter with reduction of the number of operations of manufacturing a photoconverter with increased photoactive area.
