FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anodised sheets of aluminum alloy, which can be used for making architectural and lithographic products, as well as in household electronic equipment and automotive industry. Aluminum alloy contains, wt %: 0.10–0.30 Fe, 0.10–0.30 Si, 0–0.25 Cr, 2.0–3.0 Mg, 0.05–0.10 Mn, 0.02–0.06 Cu, unavoidable impurities up to 0.05 of each admixture, up to 0.15 % in general, the rest is aluminum, wherein alloy contains Si and Fe in ratio Si: Fe from 0.67:1 to 2.5:1. Method of producing aluminum sheet includes casting of aluminum alloy to form ingot; ingot homogenization; hot rolling of ingot to obtain hot-rolled intermediate product; cold rolling of hot-rolled intermediate product to produce cold-rolled intermediate product; intermediate annealing of cold-rolled intermediate product for production of intermediate annealing product; cold rolling of intermediate annealing product to produce cold-rolled sheet and annealing of cold-rolled sheet to form annealed sheet.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at minimizing the formation of cathode intermetallic particles, which lead to the appearance of surface bands on anodised sheet products formed from alloys, as well as the use of recycled aluminum scrap when making anodised sheets.
