FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aluminium alloys. Aluminium alloy comprises, by wt. %: 0.05–0.30 Si, 0.08–0.50 Fe, 0–0.60 Cu, 0.31–0.60 Mn, 4.9–7.0 Mg, 0–0.25 Cr, 0.01–0.20 % Zn, 0–0.15 Ti and up to 0.15 of impurities, the balance is Al. Method of producing a metal product includes casting an aluminium alloy with direct cooling to obtain an ingot, homogenising the ingot to produce a plurality of particles α-AlFeMnSi in ingot, ingot cooling to 450 °C or less, hot rolling with production of rolled product, possibility of self-annealing of rolled product and cold rolling to final size.
EFFECT: invention can be used for making articles in electronic and automotive industry.
