FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy. Forming of casting mould is performed by evacuation of moulding sand which does not contain binder, then cast iron melt is poured into casting mould (2) and inner space of mould is evacuated till casting temperature of phase transition A1 or below it. Pressure inside the mould is between -10 and -70 kPa. Content of sand grains with diameter less than 53 mcm in moulding sand is 10 % or less. Equipment contains at least one casting mould (2), its moving device (4) of gaize supply, at least one fixed suction device (5) and at least one movable suction device (6). Fixed suction device is configured to evacuate the inner space of the mould when stopped. Movable suction device is configured to move and evacuate inner space of the mould instead of fixed suction device during movement of the mould.
EFFECT: enabling casting surface allowing its coating or enamelling without defects.
