SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural production. Disclosed is a machine for separation of ergot from rye seeds by specific weight in solution, consisting of a bath, conveyors with transverse plates arranged in equal intervals along their length, made in the form of scrapers, bunker with feeder, the wall of which is submerged into salt solution and divides bath cavity with conveyor of rye seeds from conveyor of ergot. Bath bottom under scrapers of rye seeds conveyor on its outlet end is made in form of sieve, under which waste tank is located, and under scraps of ergot conveyor there is a sieve, the outlet part of which is located above the solution level in the bath, and the lower end submerged into the solution is connected to the reflecting plane. Pit boards, above which there are unloading ends of conveyors of rye seeds and ergot, in the initial part are made in the form of sieves, interconnected with the bath cavity above the level of solution in it. Scrapers at equal intervals along the length of the rye seeds conveyor are alternated with cleaning brushes, the bristles of which over the length exceed the height of the scrapers by the thickness of the installed sieve under the conveyor.

EFFECT: invention provides for reduction of specific power consumption of technological process.
