FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed invention relates to machine building and can be used in agricultural production, flour-elevator and feedstuff industry for cleaning loose materials, mainly grains and granular materials, of the poisonous clavus by the specific gravity (density). Machine for separation of clavus from rye seeds by specific weight in solution, for example, potassium salt consists of a bath, conveyors of rye seeds and clavus, made in form of band sieves with installed at regular intervals along their length transverse plates, hopper with feeder, which wall is immersed into the salt solution and divides the bath cavity with the rye seeds conveyor from the clavus conveyor. Above the salt solution under the lower side of the sieves of the upper branch of rye seeds transporters and clavus there are cylindrical tensioning roller-cleaners, which surface is covered with bristles, the length of which exceeds the thickness of the installed belt sieves. Bottom of the bath in the cavity of the transporter of the clavus is made in the form of an inclined guide plane, which is formed parallel to its transverse strips on the section of the lower branch of the transporter. Upper part of rye seeds conveyor is connected with aerodynamic conveyor by unloading end wherein rusty board of rye seeds, made as louvres and interfaced with horizontal louvre grating, divides air-releasing and transport channels of aerodynamic conveyor. Under the bath on the side of location of the conveyor of seeds of rye there is an air flow generator, pressure branch pipe of which under the pitched board of rye seeds is interconnected with the air-releasing channel of the aerodynamic conveyor.
EFFECT: high quality of cleaning rye seeds by eliminating losses of rye seeds to wastes, as well as maintaining the health of service personnel and eliminating corrosion of metal elements of process equipment.
