SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an agent possessing cytotoxic activity of general formula (1), in which R is selected from the following group of 1-benzylpyrrolidin-3-yl; 2-methoxycarbonyl-5-phenylpyrrolidin-4-yl; 2-methoxycarbonyl-5-(2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)pyrrolidin-4-yl; 2-methoxycarbonyl-5-(2-bromophenyl)pyrrolidin-4-yl; 1-acryloyl-2-methoxycarbonyl-5-phenylpyrrolidin-4-yl; 1-(5-(methoxycarbonyl)-2-phenylpyrrolidine-3-carbonyl)-2-methoxycarbonyl-5-phenylpyrrolidin-4-yl; 1-(1-acryloyl-5-(methoxycarbonyl)-2-phenylpyrrolidine-3-carbonyl)-2-methoxycarbonyl-5-phenylpyrrolidin-4-yl; vinyl. Invention also relates to methods for preparing the agent.
EFFECT: obtaining novel agents possessing cytotoxic activity in relation to malignant tumor cell lines – cells of human cervical cancer HeLa.
