SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nitrooxy-derivatives of corticosteroids with the general formula (I) and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts or stereoisomerides where R is represented by the corticosteroid remainder with the formula (II) where: R₁ represents OH, R₂ represents CH₃, or R₁ and R₂ together form the group with the formula (III), R₃ represents Cl or F, where R₂, R₃ and R₄ can be linked to the corresponding carbon atoms that have a steroid structure in the α or β position; if R₁ and R₂ represent the formula (III) group, then R₃ represents F and R₄ represents H or F. The compounds are helpful for treatment of respiratory diseases, inflammatory diseases, dermatological diseases and ophthalmic diseases.
