FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of fire extinguishing using aircrafts. In method of fire extinguishing from aircrafts, which includes approach to fire center, determination of time delay for fire extinguishing fluid supply and supply of fire extinguishing liquid from reservoir to fire center, approach is performed at height above fire with air temperature corresponding to water freezing point, reservoir is used as reservoir according to item 2, and the fire extinguishing liquid in the form of water is supplied in discrete portions, which ensure freezing of each portion after its outlet from the reservoir. Container for fire extinguishing liquid includes sealed housing with holes for intake and discharge of fire extinguishing mixture, equipped with refrigerator with temperature controller, body is made heat-insulated, inner cavity of the body is interconnected with cooler, at least one hole for outlet of fire-extinguishing mixture is equipped with valve and timer of valve opening. It is advisable to equip reservoir with capacity for carbon dioxide, which is connected to inner cavity of sealed housing. It is advisable to equip reservoir with means of heating outer surface of valve. It is advisable to equip the tank with an additional opening for discharge of the fire-extinguishing liquid in the lower part of the housing, besides, the size of the additional hole is larger than the size of the main openings for discharge of the fire extinguishing liquid.

EFFECT: fire extinguishing method using aircrafts is proposed.
