Device for reconstructed unit generation includes: intraframe prediction device; device for generating residual unit for generation of residual unit and adder for generating reconstructed unit using prediction unit and residual unit, wherein size of prediction unit is determined based on information on conversion size; and when only one of the left intra prediction mode and the upper intra prediction mode is available, the MRM group includes two non-directional intra prediction modes and vertical mode, if the available intra-frame prediction mode, and the MRM group includes the available intra-frame prediction mode and the two non-directional intra-frame prediction modes, if available intra-frame prediction mode is one of directed intra-frame prediction modes.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of duration of internal prediction, as well as reduction of number of coding bits of residual block and alarm bits required for signalling of internal prediction mode.
