FIELD: internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for improving purging of fuel vapours from fuel vapour adsorber. Disclosed are systems and methods for controlling operation of purging of adsorber fuel vapour in engine with supercharging. One method comprises purging accumulated fuel vapours from fuel vapour adsorber (122) to compressor inlet (114) through ejector (180) while bypassing purging valve (164) of adsorber, wherein ejector is connected in fluid communication with fuel vapour adsorber by separate channel (121) installed upstream of adsorber purge valve, wherein the ejecting flow through the ejector can be controlled by shutoff valve (185). Shut-off valve can be adjusted based on whether the engine is supercharged or not.
EFFECT: technical result is improvement of blowdown of fuel vapours from fuel vapour adsorber.
