SUBSTANCE: in the package arrangement and sealing method in the vacuum chamber the product rear edge in the packet and the back edge of the strap attached to the packet are detected by the infrared and fluorescent sensor devices, transmitting information to a controller, controlling packet advancement using a controller and sealing the stack by sealing, thereby forming a seal between the rear edge of the product and the strap and between the back edge of the strap and the neck. Invention is also a package arrangement comprising infrared and fluorescent sensor devices, respectively, detecting a rear edge of a product in a package and a back edge of the overlay engaged with the packet, and a controller configured to adjust the distance of the packet advance based on the information received from the sensor devices. Invention is also a method of making a packet with a pad, in which the position of the first pad attached to the film material is determined by means of fluorescence radiation, collecting information and transmitting it to a controller, placing the second pad using a controller on the opposite side of the film material until the second pad is aligned with the position of the first pad and engaging the second pad with the film material. According to another embodiment, in the method of making a packet with a pad after detecting the edge of a film-like overlay similar to the above method, a seal is formed across the film material next to the edge of the pad and the film material is separated next to the edge of the pad.
