FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to control at least two inverse semiconductor switches. In the method of controlling, by inverting inverse semiconductor converters, in parallel, at least two inverse semiconductor switches (1) are connected in parallel circuit (2). To improve behavior during switching, at least two of connected in a parallel circuit inverse semiconductor switches (1) at least from time to time controlled by different voltage. Invention also relates to switching element (3) with two connected in parallel circuit (2) inverse semiconductor switches (1) and control unit (4) or at least to part (5) of control unit (4) for controlling these inversed semiconductor switches (1). Current sensor (6) for determination of current of load current (through this parallel circuit (2) (iL) is connected to control unit (7) for analysis of measurement results of current sensor (6). By means of control unit (4) or by means of part (5) of control unit (4) separate inversed semiconductor switches (1) are controlled respectively by different voltages.
EFFECT: technical result is increased throughput capacity of current converter.
