FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport and can be used at laying and replacement of rail bars of continuous welded track. New welded rail bars are unloaded in the middle of track. At the beginning and at the end of the changed section, the old rail bars are disconnected and uncoupled. Ends of replaceable and new bars are loaded into a mechanism of re-laying and new and old rail bars are changed. In the process of re-laying new bars are heated to optimum temperature of fastening, and substrings of under-rail gaskets are changed using workplaces equipped with rolling stock.
EFFECT: improving performance of work on changing of rail bars.
