SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in closed dies for hot forming. Die puncheon comprises a hollow body, a working part in the form of a cap and a bolt arranged on its front part. There is a blind cavity on the side of the bolt front end face, into which a transverse window is open. Hollow housing has conical front part, and cap – with threaded socket and with conical cavity, in which said conical front part is located. From the rear end of the hollow body there is a cavity in which a head of the bolt is placed with its thrust against its bottom. Body has a transverse window for the coolant supply and a coolant discharge opening open to the transverse bolt opening open into the side gap. Sealing elements are arranged on the surface of the body cavity in front of the cavity under the bolt head and on the conical surface of the case at its front end.

EFFECT: as a result, an increase in the resistance of the puncheon is achieved.
