FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: two-component wound dressing system comprises a wound coating and a carrier. Wound coating has length and width, in fact, exceeding height (or thickness), first 5 main surface and second main surface containing polyurethane film and opposite to first surface. First main surface has a wound-sensitive adhesive applied thereon and containing a colloidal absorbent, as well as a colloidal absorbent arranged and capable of being glued to the skin of a mammal during application. Carrier has length and width, in fact, exceeding height (or thickness), first main surface and second main surface opposite to first surface. Carrier 10 is formed from a foamed polymer mesh having height of about 200 to about 500 mcm. First main surface of the carrier is inverted and detachably attached to the second main surface of the wound coating and has at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive on it.

EFFECT: after application of wound coating on skin for application carrier can be removed from wound coating so that wound coating remains glued to skin.
