FIELD: transport machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to locking devices to prevent unauthorized action on movable elements, for example, transport facilities. Device for blocking movement of movable element comprises fixed coil 2 of electromagnet, fixed fork 3 and movable part 4 arranged in housing 1. Fixed fork 3 is provided with longitudinal hole 5, in which locking element 6 is installed with possibility of movement, and with transverse hole 7 with fixing element 8 arranged with the possibility of movement into recess 9 on external surface of locking element 6 and in recess 10 of movable part 4. Moving part 4 on the side opposite electromagnet coil 2 is spring-loaded relative to housing 1 by compression spring 11 and is connected to outlet tie-rod 12 by its end part 13. Fixed fork 3 is arranged in electromagnet coil 2 with clearance relative to its inner surface accommodating cylindrical part 14 of moving part 4 with recess 10 on inner surface. Note here that fixed fork 3 is provided with two permanent magnets 15, 16 at its ends. Locking element 6 is installed with possibility of interaction with additional rod 17 and alternate interaction with permanent magnets 15, 16 at change of polarity of connection of electromagnet winding 18, note here that, when interacting with first magnet 15, recess 9 of locking element 6 is located opposite fixed fork 3 hole 5, in interaction with second magnet 16, recess 9 of locking element 6 is removed from fixed fork 3 hole 5.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption for locking.
