FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Bone implant comprises a body characterized by a porous structure, and having a size and shape selected for bone adaptation, preferably in a bone defect. Porous structure consists of regular elementary cells, inner spaces of which form interconnected pores. Elementary cells are formed by main elements arranged in layers. Main elements are made in the form of tetrapods. Tetrapods in each layer are arranged in parallel orientation and occupy in their layer positions turned relative to tetrapods of adjacent layer. Implant for endoprosthesis includes a solid consisting of a solid material and a part in contact with bone, consisting of a porous structure. Method for making a bone implant, which contains a body characterized by a porous structure, and has a size and shape selected for bone adaptation, preferably in a bone defect. Method involves making a bone implant using a layer-by-layer application technique to form a porous structure, which includes forming alternating layers of basic elements in the form of tetrapods; arrangement of tetrapods in each layer in substantially parallel orientation; rotation of tetrapods in each next layer relative to tetrapods of previous layer; formation of regular elementary cells, inner spaces of which form interconnected pores, wherein elementary cells are limited by main elements arranged in layers.
EFFECT: inventions provide improved characteristics of carrying capacity due to porous structure of implants.
