FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Intervertebral implant consists of metal or metal alloy, or PEEK and has two surfaces for contact with two bodies of vertebrae, external membrane and internal structure. Internal structure is formed by multiple channels and each channel has section area 8000-7000000 mcm2. Channels pass parallel to each other along longitudinal axis of vertebral column. Channels are connected to each other by means of holes. Channels pass continuously from one contacting with bone surface to opposite surface.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at maximally possible intergrowth of endogenic bone for supporting in this way optimal development of endogenic bone and providing sufficient stability until endogenic bone is formed.
