FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for use in elimination of defects of inert fabric. What is used is a bone block comprising a main part which can be inserted without a gap into the defect zone and comprising a truss structure of webs and cavities. Unit contains biodegradable metal materials and/or absorbable polymers or ceramic materials or consists of them, note here that said webs and cells are surrounded on the outside by edge that is more than five times thicker than said web. Unit can be used as a drilling jig.
EFFECT: bone block for bone augmentation and a set of bone block and inserted (dental) implant are disclosed.
