FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of binder without using solvents for fire-resistant, heat- and thermo-resistant polymer composite materials (PCM), used for making high-loaded structures based on fibrous fillers, which can be operated at temperatures of not less than 250 °C and have good chemical resistance to acids. Bromine-containing epoxy-urethane binder contains 100 pts.wt. polyisocyanate, 25–30 pts.wt bromine-containing epoxy resin, 5.0–10 pts.wt. phenylglycidyl ether, 2.0–5.0 pts.wt. fire retardant pentaerythritol and 0.3–0.5 pts.wt. triethanolamine accelerator.

EFFECT: invention can be used in various industries, construction, machine building, aircraft building, electrical engineering and other industries.
