SUBSTANCE: plate comprises a flexible upper film, has a first section and a second section and has at least a first elastic skin-friendly adhesive substance on the proximal surface of said flexible top film, a through hole for stoma placement defining an inner boundary in said first section, wherein said first section is adjacent to said through hole and extends radially therefrom, and said second section surrounding said first section defines an outer boundary of base plate and at least one protective film. Base plate has a substantially convex shape for initial engagement with the surface of the feathering skin. Base plate is configured to be converted into a substantially concave shape for proper engagement with the relief of the surface of the peristomal skin for permanent engagement with it, and wherein said second section of the base plate is made in the form of petals extending from the central region and transitions. Each transition is made between adjacent lobes, and the stoma base plate is equipped with a reinforcing structure located in the radial direction between the inner and outer radial boundaries of the base plate. At that, reinforcing structure has inner radial periphery and external radial periphery, and the reinforcing structure is attached to the distal surface of the base plate along the outer periphery of the structure, leaving the inner periphery free, wherein the protective film is rigid and with possibility of fixing the concave contour of the base plate.
