SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to adaptable stoma base plate and stoma appliances, comprising a collecting bag and said adaptable stoma base plate. Adapted stoma base plate comprises a flexible top film. At that, the base plate has the first section and the second section and has at least the first elastic skin-favorable adhesive substance on the proximal surface of the flexible upper film, through hole for stoma placement, which defines inner boundary of first section, and at least one detachable coating. First section is adjacent to through hole and extends radially therefrom. Second section surrounds the first section. Outer boundary of second section defines outer boundary of base plate. Base plate has a substantially convex shape for initial engagement with the surface of the feathering skin and is configured to be converted into a substantially concave shape for proper engagement with the relief of the surface of the pinnatompermal skin for permanent engagement therewith. Base plate comprises a reinforcing ring positioned on the distal surface of the flexible top film between the inner border and the outer border. First section comprises concentric wavy surfaces, made in radial direction of distal surface of base plate from inner boundary to position under reinforcing ring. Device for stoma according to first version comprises a collecting bag and the above adaptable base plate for stoma, wherein the collecting bag is detachable from the base plate. Device for stoma in accordance with second version comprises a collecting bag and the above adaptable base plate for stoma, wherein the collecting bag is made integral with the base plate.

EFFECT: invention provides a user with a stoma located on a convexity, or a hernia, or on a "hilly" relief skin surface, improved control of the use of the product, user is also able to adjust the position of the stoma base plate for a more suitable position in case of deviation of the initial engagement without engaging the entire proximal adhesive surface of the flexible upper film with the skin surface.
