SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A base plate applicable for an stoma care assembly unit comprises at least one lining layer, on a proximal side of which there is an outer adhesive layer. The outer adhesive layer surrounds an inner adhesive layer also provided on the proximal side of at least one lining layer. The above inner adhesive layer surrounds a through hole of the base plate defining a central axis A-A. At least a part of the lining layer bearing the inner adhesive layer comprises an excessive material making the lining layer and inner adhesive layer stretch radially in relation to the central axis A-A. The excessive material formed by the lining material has a distance over a surface along a distal surface of the lining layer radially between outer and inner peripheries of the inner adhesive layer; the distance over the surface is greater than a radial length of the inner adhesive layer between the outer and inner peripheries of the inner adhesive layer.

EFFECT: invention provides preventing stroma discharge from contacting the distal side of the inner adhesive layer, which is covered by the lining layer, and thereby prolonging a service life of the stoma care device and reducing a risk of potential leakage.
