FIELD: furniture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to furniture industry, in particular, to structures of bed collapsible bases made of metal, and is aimed at improvement of manufacturability of structure. Bed demountable base contains a rectangular frame made of longitudinal and transverse elements, and central longitudinal element connected to the rectangular frame. Said elements are made of metal tubes, and fastening elements are installed on longitudinal elements – slat holders. Each of metal pipes of longitudinal and transverse elements of rectangular frame is made of shaped pipe with cross-section 40×20 mm, wherein side of metal pipe 40 mm is located perpendicular to relative plane of base of rectangular frame, and metal pipe of central longitudinal element is made of shaped pipe with cross section of 30×30 mm. Fixing elements are made in the form of mortise and overhead slat holders, wherein the overhead slat holders are installed on the upper side of the metal pipe of the central longitudinal element, and the mortise slat holders are installed in the inner wall of the longitudinal metal tubes of the rectangular frame.
EFFECT: design of bed collapsible bases is proposed.
