FIELD: physics; alarm system.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns control and regulation area of trackless vehicles, and can be used for the objective control of a site of the public transport or school bus. The system contains the send-receive dispatching centre, at least, one send-receive peripheral repeater and, at least, one send-receive user's arrangement. The dispatching centre contains equipment of reception/signaling of monitoring and commands, the device of a voice communication with drivers of buses and monitors of display of operative conditions. The send-receive repeater contains the block of reception/transmission for communication with the send-receive user's device mounted in the bus, the block of reception/transfer for communication with a control office, and also the device of independent power supplies and antenna system. The send-receive user's device contains the data acquisition unit with receiver GLONASS/GPS, the send-receive device for information transfer in dispatching centre and the block of a bilateral voice communication of the bus driver and the dispatcher.

EFFECT: increase accuracy and efficiency of definition of a situation of a routeing vehicle and provides possibility of situation awareness in it without creation of an expensive land communication infrastructure.
