SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing lactic acid. Method involves cultivation of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus paracasei VKPM B-4079, adapted to an oxidative stress H2O2, using an additional illumination source at illumination of 300–3,000 lux.
EFFECT: method provides higher output of lactic acid.
