SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Claimed is recombinant strain of yeasts. Schizosaccharomyces pombe ARCIM Y-4041, producent of lactic acid. Strain is obtained by transformation of strain Schizosaccharomyces pombe ARCIM Y-3106 with integrative plasmid pcDNA-Km-leu1-pla, constructed on the base of vector pUC19 and containing gene of lactatedehydrogenase ldh1 of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus plantarum.
EFFECT: claimed strain in cultivation on YPD medium is capable of producing lactic acid in amount 50 g/l of culture liquid.
