SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to restorative therapy, physiotherapy, psychiatry, and can be used for treating post-COVID asthenic syndrome. Nutritional support for 60 days includes a balanced diet containing 10-15% of proteins, 20-30% of fats and 55-70% of carbohydrates. From 31st day after the beginning of the nutritional support, the preparation Brainmax is taken orally in dose of 2000 mg a day in dose of 1000 mg 2 times day for 30 days. Simultaneously, systemic ozone therapy procedures are carried out by daily intravenous introduction of 200 ml of ozonised 0.9% sodium chloride solution for 10 days, during first 3 days of the ozone therapy, the solution is introduced with ozone concentration of 2.0 mg/l with subsequent increase in the ozone concentration in solution to 3.0-4.0 mg/l.

EFFECT: method enables providing higher clinical effectiveness, reducing the whole complex of clinical symptoms of post-COVID asthenic syndrome, recovering the patient’s mental and functional status without developing adverse adverse reactions due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
