SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a nucleic-acid molecule for DNA detection of a transgenic soybean object. Detection methods of transgenic soybean object DNA in sample, soybean plant obtention, soybean plant cultivation, plant damage protection, weed management, using the specified nucleic-acid molecule are also disclosed. A kit for transgenic soybean object DNA detection in sample, plant cell, part of a plant, agricultural product or item containing the specified nucleic-acid molecule is disclosed.
EFFECT: allows to effectively producing plants tolerant to glyphosate and/or glufosinate.
