SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nucleic acid molecule for detecting the presence of DNA. Also the following is disclosed: agricultural products containing the specified DNA molecule, and a kit for DNA detection. A method of detecting the presence of DNA is disclosed; a method of protecting a corn plant from insect infestation and damage caused by a herbicide; a method of obtaining a corn plant.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively obtain a plant resistant to insect pests and to the herbicide glufosinate.
